1. Programme Overview
Content Lab is a six (6) month private mentorship programme designed to support clients with Instagram growth through personalised strategy, daily content planning, ongoing support via WhatsApp, and bi-monthly private calls.

2. Programme Investment
The total investment for Content Lab is £3,447.

Clients may choose to:
a) Pay in full; or
b) Pay via a monthly payment plan.

3. Payment Plan Terms
The payment plan is offered as a convenience only. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full programme fee of £3,447 in instalments.

This is not a monthly subscription. You are committing to the full six (6) month programme and the full payment amount.

4. Commitment & No Early Cancellation
By enrolling, you agree to a fixed six-month commitment.

You understand and agree that:
- Payments must continue regardless of your level of participation, usage, or results
- Choosing to stop participating does not cancel or reduce your financial obligation
- Early withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of remaining payments

5. Access & Delivery
The programme includes:
- Daily Instagram content planning support
- Access to the mentor via WhatsApp during working hours
- Private 1:1 calls twice per month

Access is personal and non-transferable.

6. Missed or Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Access to Content Lab may be paused immediately
- You will be contacted to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, the remaining balance may become due in full

We reserve the right to pursue outstanding payments through appropriate recovery methods.

7. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of mentorship, strategy, and access to personalised support, no refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of participation
- Business or personal circumstances
- Perceived results or outcomes

8. Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Clients)
If you are based in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

By accessing WhatsApp support, online portal resources, receiving content planning, or attending calls within this period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be waived.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us.

Where these terms have been agreed to, any chargebacks will be formally contested with supporting evidence, including this agreement and records of service delivery.

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Acceptance
By enrolling in Content Lab and selecting a payment option, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the full financial commitment.
